So what can CEO's do to overcome their fears? Here are some tips:

1. FEAR - Remember that very few of the things we worry about or become anxious about ever occur. Remember the FEAR acronym, which stands for False Evidence That Appear Real.

2. Get educated - Consider learning how to thrive even if one is without the financial means of others. Take classes and seminars, for example. This isn't the first time you've faced these challenges; books about similar situations give you inspiration.

3. Get a Leadership Coach - Someone who can be at your side as a guide. One that is dedicated to you, your company, and stay with you in order to help you achieve your objectives and assist you in reaching them.

4. Mentor/Friend - Meet weekly with a good friend to talk about, identify, and voice your fears to take the power out of focusing on those fears.

5. Plan for the Worst - Consider the most awful scenario that could happen. Make a plan as if it will occur, then go forward with the risk you desired to take.
